Summary:
For this project our brief was to create a housing development consisting of approx. 1ono. dwellings. The scheme contains both 3 bed and 4 bed dwellings, both in a dormer style. The pitch on the roof is quite steep providing generous headroom in a dormer. The dwellings radiate around a large communal green space with each dwelling also having private rear garden space.
