Summary:
We were employed to rejuvenate an outdated dwelling to include internal renovations and construct a glass room to the rear of the dwelling as an enclosed outdoor space.
The renovations included works to the entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge area, pool/recreation room in conjunction with an extension & renovation of 2no. first floor bedrooms. The renovations included updating existing windows and external doors, demolition of internal walls to create an open plan space as well as new finishes to walls floors and ceilings.
The glass room to the rear functions as an indoor/outdoor dynamic space that can be enclosed from the elements or opened up to the rear garden as required. A new tilt & slide window in the kitchen enables the glass room to become part of the kitchen when entertaining guests.
