Summary:
We were employed to re-organise the existing kitchen dining & utility area to the rear of this detached dwelling. the clients also wanted to incorporate a lounge area and games room into their dwelling.
By flipping the position of the kitchen & dining area designing an extension we fulfilled the clients brief. The kitchen/ dining area opens into a lounge area with access to the games room via a large sliding door.
The games room and lounge area both open onto a new patio area whilst a new double door in the dining area allows access to the rear garden at the other side of the dwelling.
