Summary:
The aim of this project was to revitalise a small 2-bedroom cottage by extending & renovating the existing dwelling. The site has a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding landscape from the rear of the dwelling.
The brief was satisfied by a modest & contemporary extension to the rear of the dwelling. The new dwelling compromises an open plan kitchen living & dining area with a new master bedroom & wardrobe. The master bedroom & lounge area open out on to a west facing patio area which takes in the fantastic view of the surrounding landscape.
