Summary:
Our aim for this project was to breathe new life into an outdated semi-detached dormer dwelling with lean to extension to the rear.
We achieved this by creating a contemporary extension to the rear and side of the dwelling in conjunction with a full renovation of the existing dwelling. The ground floor of the re-imagined dwelling contains a kitchen, dining area, living area & WC. On first floor there are 2 bedrooms & main bathroom together with master bedroom, en-suite and wardrobe.
The use of contemporary materials & forms, especially to the rear provides a dynamic addition to the dwelling. The contemporary extension provides an interesting contrast to the neighbours traditional extension when viewed from the rear.
