Our clients engaged our services to re-model their existing dwelling to satisfy the needs of a growing family.
The design transforms the ground floor spaces to include a home gym, WC, store, games room & utility room. An extension to the side of the dwelling contains a kitchen, dining & living area which open out to a patio area in the rear garden.
The first floor was re-worked to include 3no. double bedrooms, main bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite & wardrobe. A home office is included in the extension above the lounge area. The office and master bedroom have direct access to a south facing roof terrace which provides a sun filled external relaxation area.
